Office of Environmental Remediation and the BIG Program

J.C. Broderick & Associates, Inc. has been approved as a Qualified Vender with the New York City Office of Environmental Remediation (OER) Brownfields Incentive Grant (BIG) Program. Only individuals and companies who meet the qualifications can perform and certify deliverables for Grant activities.

The BIG Program provides New York City investment in brownfield investigation and cleanup. The BIG Program is a collaboration between the New York City Mayor’s Office of Environmental Remediation and the New York City Economic Development Corporation, and is managed by Brownfield Redevelopment Solutions, Inc., which acts as the BIG Program Administrator.
