The size and depth of our organization ensures that all projects can be consistently staffed with qualified personnel

JCB’s qualified project managers/scientists, field staff and laboratories are available to provide our services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. We have created an infrastructure that allows us to respond to any emergency that may arise.

JCB maintains sufficient portable environmental and construction sampling equipment to perform numerous large projects simultaneously. Typically, our senior staff successfully manages over a hundred (100) active projects on any given day, Our intimate knowledge of regulations and our relationships with local inspectors have allowed us to manage these projects without incident.

JCB has successfully completed thousands of environmental and construction related projects. At the completion of each of these projects a final report is prepared which includes all relevant documentation accumulated during the project. These reports include, but is not limited to, computerized print outs of the results of site inspections and other work performed, including laboratory analytical reports.

JCB has multiple clients who are all accustomed to their own specific report formats, Therefore JCB has in-house computer support and programing team who creates specialized programs that allow the data to be collected from the field and printed directly into our client’s desired format without error.

Our specialized staff can easily prepare a program that will efficiently download the data from our field equipment and our laboratories to prepare your approved format.

JCB has invested significant funds into obtaining state of the art diagnostic and field monitoring equipment. We have staff who are specifically designated to be responsible to ensure that we have sufficient portable specialized technical equipment on hand for all our active projects. This equipment is carefully categorized and monitored for calibration and maintenance purposes.

JCB continues to invest in state of the art computerized equipment that improves the quality and accuracy of our product and improves our service to our clients. JCB continues to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in state of the art field diagnostic equipment and office computer technology.

In our facility JCB has purchased and maintain multiple scanning systems that have allowed our office to be paperless. All completed work products are scanned and converted into a pdf file prior to being placed in our storage archives. These computerized files are then saved on our office server which is continuously backed-up off site. Ensuring the permanent existence of all our final work products. These final reports are accessible via the internet to our staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our security enabled server allows for remote access from any offsite computer system, including lap tops. All our project managers have access to our server via remote lap tops and or smart phones which give them continuous access to our virtual office. This allows our staff to provide our clients with computerized results of our work product wherever and whenever they are requested.

In the field JCB maintains numerous portable field diagnostic equipment with computerized data logging capabilities including but not limited to XRF lead-based paint analyzers, photo-ionization detectors, IAQ diagnostic systems, thermal imaging cameras, sub-surface locating systems, and materials testing systems. These diagnostic systems provide real-time results which are saved on computerized data logging systems. The logged data is then saved onto our server system and the results entered into computer programs which prepare both hard and computerized reports.

We believe our commitment to investing in state of the art office and field computerized technology allows us to provide the most accurate results of our field investigations and allows us to provide superior service and response times to our clients. Our staff has consistently worked in over seventy five (75) Long Island school districts since 1998. Our relationships with these school districts has allowed us to have a deep understanding of sensitive nature of this work.
